BoneCP Hibernate Configuration

Use the following spring configuration snippet to wire in BoneCP for use with hibernate. You might also wish to consider the Spring+LazyDataSource setup instead. Note: You will need to include the bonecp-provider JAR file too for this to work (see downloads section).
